RESPONSIBLE CULTIVATION

Healthy land. Healthy people. Healthy systems.

ESG at AmeiiGlobal is not a communications chapter — it is daily operating discipline: farming that keeps the soil alive, a value chain that lifts the grower, and a governance system that publishes only what the evidence supports.

ENVIRONMENT

Healthy land

Soil health is agriculture's most durable productive asset. We farm under VietGAP/GLOBALGAP programmes across partnered growing regions, manage water and nutrition by season, and cut post-harvest loss along the entire cold chain.

  • Farm under VietGAP / GLOBALGAP programmes in partnered growing regions
  • Establish a 2026 emissions baseline for the core supply chain
  • Reduce post-harvest loss through cold chain and standardised packing
  • Shift flagship lines to recyclable packaging step by step

SOCIAL

Healthy people

Export value must find its way back to the grower. Ameii's grower programme ties farming technique, occupational safety and transparent purchase pricing into every season — a supply chain only lasts when the people at its source live well.

  • Technique and occupational-safety training for partnered growers every season
  • Purchase contracts transparent on price and standards from the start of the season
  • Prioritise hiring and developing local labour in growing regions
  • No child labour, no forced labour — standardised in supplier criteria

GOVERNANCE

Healthy systems

Good governance means every claim can be checked. Ameii's digital platform manages certificates by number and validity, traces at lot level under EU 178/2002 and FSMA 204, and keeps one rule: nothing is published before the evidence is in.

  • Lot-level traceability: every export lot carries a public lookup code
  • Certificates appear only with number, issuer and validity
  • Supplier due diligence before entering the chain
  • Partner grievances received and handled through an official channel
100%TARGET: EXPORT LOTS WITH TRACE CODES — 2027

Lot-level traceability chain

Every export lot carries one code — traceable back to the growing region.

One data thread — records travel with the lot from farm to buyer

Reference frameworks: EU 178/2002 (one step back, one step forward) · US FSMA 204.

A process being rolled out — each lot's record is published only once its evidence is verified.

ORIENTED TO GLOBAL STANDARDS

ESG goals 2026–2030: commitments with a roadmap, figures with evidence

Ameii's ESG programme is designed backwards from what import markets demand: buyers in Europe, Japan and North America don't ask "what do you promise" — they ask "what proves it". So our roadmap starts with data, not slogans.

UN SDG

Aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals: 2 (sustainable agriculture), 8 (decent work), 12 (responsible production), 13 (climate action) and 15 (life on land).

GRI

The first ESG report (planned 2027) references the GRI disclosure standards so buyers can compare across suppliers.

EU 178/2002 · FSMA 204

Lot-level traceability designed on the EU's one-step-back, one-step-forward principle and the record requirements of US FSMA 204.

EUDR / CSRD

Preparing growing-region data and supply-chain due diligence for Europe's deforestation and sustainability-disclosure regulations.

2026

Baselines & data

Establish an emissions baseline for the core supply chain; digitise growing-region files; standardise per-lot data collection sheets and supplier due-diligence criteria.

2027

Verify & publish

Complete certificate files with numbers and validity; take lot-level traceability public for flagship product lines; release the first GRI-referenced ESG report.

2028–2030

Scale against targets

Cut emissions against targets published on the 2026 baseline; expand the grower programme and regenerative farming; reach EUDR/CSRD readiness for European markets.

Ameii's disclosure principle: quantitative figures appear only once a baseline and verifiable evidence exist. We would rather say "being established" than overstate — because credibility with international buyers is an exporter's greatest ESG asset.

PILLAR III — GOVERNANCE

Healthy systems

Three mechanisms keep every Ameii ESG commitment verifiable:

Global standards

Operations reference GLOBALGAP, HACCP and ISO 22000; ESG reporting is oriented to the GRI disclosure standards.

End-to-end traceability

Public lot codes under EU 178/2002 and FSMA 204 — buyers look it up themselves rather than taking our word.

Data integrity

Figures are published only with evidence; unverified records stay in draft and never reach the buyer.
